[AUSTRIA] Wurzen Pass "BunkerMuseum"

Questa fortificazione austriaca è stata realizzata nel 1963, nell'ambito della "Guerra fredda".
Realizzata a difesa del confine austro-sloveno del "Wurzen Pass", che si trova ad alcuni kilometri in linea d'aria dall'Italia.
Nei primi anni del 2000 viene anch'essa dismessa, viene ad essere interessata alla realizzazione di un progetto museale che vuole mantenere viva la memoria storica della repubblica austriaca.
Gli stessi militari austriaci stanno realizzando nuove strutture.

Tra alcuni mesi la nuova costruzione sarà* finita.
Da appassionato faccio i complimenti per quello che è stato qui realizzato.

aggiungo il link al servizio che avevo fatto circa un annetto fa sempre al wurzenpass, così vediamo un "then & now"
Interessante quella nuova costruzione per le artiglierie, anche se è una pura trovata "turistica", si possono apprezzare le torrette e le loro coperture...

lo sbarramento è aperto al pubblico durante il periodo estivo, le date di apertura e di chiusura non le ricordo, ma se cerchi su internet le trovi

oh santa pupazza! che meraviglia (anche se i muri in blocchetti non sono esteticamente il massimo, ma può darsi che a lavoro finito sembreranno più belli)!

come avveniva il caricamento dei colpi sulle torrette?

il rifugio prefabbricato sembra una camera di decompressione da quanto è piccola...

Sistemi di montacarichi non ne ho visti , credo che i proiettili venissero all'occorenza passati a mano per il foro centrale della piattaforma, poi una volta sparati, i bossoli venissero buttati fuori dal portello rotondo sul fianco della torretta.

Come al solito forte 149 ha fatto un ottimo servizio fotografico. Molto interessanti i nuovi
arrivi al museo tra i quali il T 34/85,che è stato il primo carro in dotazione all'esercito della
repubblica austriaca del dopoguerra.
A noi non resta che piangere sui resti di un sistema fortificato fra i maggiori d'Europa che va
inesorabilmente in malora.
