Yes, it' s a tunic of a Lieutenant of Alpini. I don't say nothing about the hat, because officer hat haven't the woolen feather holder but is made in metal and the most part of Alpini hats of WWII have some white sews on the frontal flap. Looking it could be post war hat. Ramazzotti is a label of Italian drink.
