Description: Pair of shell casing flower vases made from Italian 80mm shells. Each engraved with castellated town gates and other buildings. Shell on the left is also engraved 'Ricordo Im Gorizia'. The one on the right with 'Ricordo di Gorizia'. From the Italian Front. Both shells nickel-plated. Left shell dated 1913 on headstamp; right shell dated 1914 on headstamp. Each shell is 11" tall.
