C-Rat used by US forces in Vietnam. We were still eating these in 1982-84 as I remember.

I think this one is an example of M.R.E., right? I' ve eaten one time American M.R.E. and I remember it was so tasty. Maccheroni with chili sauce if I remember well. A bit spicy, but really good.
