Si tratta di un pugnale da combattimento Belga della WW! prodotto prima in belgio e dopo l'occupazione tedesca su licenza in Inghilterra dalla Sanderson Brothers di Sheffield
Esiste anche una versione da addestramento con lama retrattile
Nasce cosi non è una modifica di lama di baionetta

Hai ragione e' WWI, prodotto in Inghilterra per il Belgio, ma usato anche nella WWII come testimonia la foto sopra. PaoloM
"This knife is marked "Sanderson Brothers & Newbould Sheffield" on ricasso; the opposite side is marked "B". The blade is quite sharp with scratches from use and some scattered staining; the leather washer is still intact. The oval shaped handguard shows pitting and oxidation damage on both sides; the wood grip is sound, shows many dents, dings, and a dark patina. This comes in a correct scabbard in good condition with corroded surface under a dark patina. A very rare WWI commando knife, made in England for Belgian Forces after Germany had captured Belgium.
